Denver City Council has passed a Flavored Tobacco Ban that will go into effect on March 18, 2025 making it illegal for Denver Vape/Smoke Shops to sell flavored vape products and flavored wraps/cigars.

We are working to gather 10,000 signatures from Denver registered voters to get this issue on the ballot so residents can protect their rights and have a say in the matter.
